4. Data Retention
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Profile → Delete my account, and download a copy of your data first. Deletion is permanent: your name, email, phone number and address are erased and cannot be restored. Some records stay with the business that holds them — invoices and payments, because tax and accounting law requires a business to keep its financial records; signed agreements and the signatures on them, because they are the evidence an agreement existed; and photographs and measurements attached to a job, because they document a property and an insurance claim rather than a person.
